It's the Chicago Meetup episode, and the twenty-ninth in this here show. The first part happens at Randall's place, and features TJ McKimmey, Jeff LeClerc, Ryan Gan, Dali Dimovsky, and Aaron Kirchhoff. The second part takes place at the Lincoln Tap Room in Lakeview, with three hours of beer for twenty bucks. Beat that, Columbus.

In this episode:
Introductions all around, and true confessions of pre-meeting anxieties. Dragonslayer. After a bit of discussion on Amazon's used games, some grousing about Gamestop's "new" games, E74 and RROD disasters, and a surprise vegetable delivery, the crew breaks for Rock Band. Action resumes at the Lincoln Tap Room, where several additional JPAGers make their appearances: Mike McGarrigle, Alvin Bataan, Ryan Mulvaney, Oscar Mancia, and every woman who had to use the Ladies Room while we played Rock Band.

Intro and outro music excerpted from "Shapes" and "Scared Straight," by The Long Winters. You can find both songs on their CD When I Pretend to Fall. Songs used by permission, courtesy of Barsuk Records. Thanks to both John Roderick of TLW and Emily Alford at Barsuk.
